Ubicquia is committed to making www.ubicquia.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for websites covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we do
Every page is built from a shared set of templates and components, so accessibility fixes apply site-wide. Our pages carry a skip-to-content link, a visible keyboard focus indicator, labeled form fields, image alternative text managed in our content system, and structured data that describes page content to search and assistive tools. Autoplaying video and rotating content can be stopped with the "Pause animations" control in the page footer.
We run automated checks (Lighthouse and axe) on every page template and supplement them with manual keyboard and screen-reader review when we change navigation, forms, or interactive components.
Known limitations
Some sections on our home and industry pages are scroll-driven presentations that step through content one gesture at a time. They can be operated with the arrow, Page Up / Page Down and space keys, but the experience differs from a conventional page and slide changes are not yet announced to screen readers. Third-party components we embed, such as the Microsoft Bookings scheduler on the Book a Demo page, the cookie consent dialog, and Google reCAPTCHA, are controlled by their vendors; we pass accessibility feedback about them along but cannot change them directly. Some older PDF documents in our resource library have not yet been remediated for screen readers; contact us and we will provide an accessible version.
Feedback
If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or want to request content in another format, email sales@ubicquia.com with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days.
